Angela Ezzy - Director / Principal Physiotherapist

Angela is the owner and principal physiotherapist at Stabilise. She has worked in the health industry for many years, and it is this immense experience that has helped her manage an assortment of presenting conditions and injuries.

Angela has achieved a master’s in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sport and Exercise at Sydney University. She thrives on broadening her skill set and is always keeping updated with current research and changes in both the physiotherapy and health industries alike.

Angela is a mother to four boys, a lover of sport and fitness, and has a high level of interest in nutrition. She has played or is still participating in netball, touch football, soccer, F45, strength training, and recreational running. Her passion for physical activity is contagious.

Having played in high-level competitive team sports, Angela knows first-hand what it is like to overcome injuries, surgeries, even returning to sports after giving birth, and how to manage and stay on top of her health despite a busy lifestyle.

Being passionate about women’s health in the Hills District, Angela has the desire to educate women about their bodies and provide solutions to the smallest symptoms through to the most debilitating issues that many women have but often won’t address.

As a mother of a special needs child, Angela knows the struggles for individuals, their families, and their close-knit support network. Angela aims to prove that all challenges can be faced and, with determination, a person’s physical capacity should not be limited by a diagnosis or physical impairment.

With compassion, care, and a dedicated approach to each and every client, Angela’s commitment is second to none.

Nav Baria - Physiotherapist / Strength and Conditioning Coach

Navraj is a dedicated physiotherapist who completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2022. With a deep understanding of the challenges posed by physical limitations, Nav is passionate about helping others regain their mobility and independence. He takes immense pride in being a crucial part of the rehabilitation process, guiding his patients towards a healthier, more active lifestyle.

 

Nav’s commitment to his profession is driven by the profound impact he witnesses daily, as he empowers individuals to break free from their physical constraints and pursue the activities they love. Living with an elderly grandparent, Nav understands the difficulties that arise with age and hence strives to do his best to reverse these changes promoting a more enjoyable lifestyle.

 

In his spare time, Nav can be seen at the gym lifting weights, playing basketball or going on a hike.

Zoe Van Middeldyk - Remedial Massage Therapist

Zoe graduated from the Australian College of Massage in 2012 with a completed Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy. She is proficient and certified at Dry Needling, Sports taping and Kinesiology taping. Zoe also has attained a level 1 Athletics coach.

Zoe uses Sports /Remedial Massage to enhance an individual’s performance. She aims to assist injury prevention and post activity recovery. She strives to facilitate people’s bodies to achieve the rest, recuperation and relaxation needed for optimal functioning and wellbeing.

Zoe's knowledge and experience as an athlete and therapist, allows her to understand the training loads of people involved with sport and general fitness. With a wealth of knowledge, she knows what techniques and styles of hands-on therapy will produce results. Zoe's experience has seen her providing remedial, sports, myo-fascial release and recovery massage, to some of Australia's elite athletes and sporting teams as well as individuals.

Zoe has an interest in most sports, but her love for running is the greatest. This has led her to triathlon and trail running, completing many half and ironman distance races.

Be sure to ask Zoe about her love for dogs and the great outdoors!

Halle Neal - Exercise Physiologist

Halle is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. After completing her first University degree in Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology, she is now embarking on her pathway to become a physiotherapist.  Halle is an amazing young lady with maturity above her years and a wealth of knowledge she loves to share.  She is a vibrant and professional practitioner with a dedication to Stabilise and her clients leading to awesome results and goals achieved.

As an Exercise Physiologist, Halle has university knowledge to provide exercise prescription catering for a variety of populations and health conditions.  Halle delivers carefully selected exercises to program for your individual needs and goals.  She is thorough in her assessments and reviews to ensure optimal adaptations are seen in your strength and overall condition.

Halle oversees Stabilise's hydrotherapy and loves seeing her clients find the right environment for their stage of rehabilitation or training.

In her spare time, Halle can be seen in the gym, doing out door activities and progressing her love and passion for health, fitness, nutrition (and fashion!)

Meredith Bramley - Administration Manager

Meredith is a delight to see as you walk in the clinic. She will accommodate any client or therapist need as she manages all things administration and beyond.

Meredith brings over 30 years of experience working across varying industries as a Personal Assistant, Team Leader and Office Manager. Over the last few years Meredith has worked alongside the NDIS as a Support Coordinator assisting participants of all ages and varying disabilities to navigate their therapy, funding, personal supports, choice and control.

In her spare time Meredith loves baking anything sweet and enjoys entertaining family and friends around the fire pit with a nice glass of red. With a big veggie garden to maintain, Meredith loves to cook seasonal produce. Her recent commencement of pilates classes, running and going to the gym, highlights her passion for health and love for the industry.
