Angela is a mother to four boys, a lover of sport and fitness, and has a high level of interest in nutrition. She has played or is still participating in netball, touch football, soccer, F45, strength training, and recreational running. Her passion for physical activity is contagious.

Having played in high-level competitive team sports, Angela knows first-hand what it is like to overcome injuries, surgeries, even returning to sports after giving birth, and how to manage and stay on top of her health despite a busy lifestyle.

Being passionate about women’s health in the Hills District, Angela has the desire to educate women about their bodies and provide solutions to the smallest symptoms through to the most debilitating issues that many women have but often won’t address.

As a mother of a special needs child, Angela knows the struggles for individuals, their families, and their close-knit support network. Angela aims to prove that all challenges can be faced and, with determination, a person’s physical capacity should not be limited by a diagnosis or physical impairment.

With compassion, care, and a dedicated approach to each and every client, Angela’s commitment is second to none.

He has a particular interest in lower limb injuries (e.g. hips, knees, and ankles), with a strong focus on post-surgical rehabilitation, helping patients rebuild strength and confidence through every stage of recovery. Outside the clinic, David can be found practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, going for runs, and walking his dog.
