Move Well sessions are designed to focus on flexibility and mobility. Today’s lifestyle can result in prolonged postures that may not be ideal for the body. The body is created for movement and consistency of exercise can assist with breaking the stiffness and lack of mobility that may slowly arise.

During a Move Well session expect dynamic movements and stretching to facilitate the muscles and joints of the body to increase range of motion. Your neural system can be reset to make your body comfortable as you move further into range and retain the benefits gained.
